We’re a serious company, with a serious love of goats, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously! We want to come to work every day and have FUN while also getting sh*t done. We’re real goats people after all!
We are curious goats; hungry for information, ideas, and innovation! We’ve never met a problem we weren’t excited to solve, and putting ourselves in our customers’ shoes helps us do just that. We bring curiosity into everything we do.
Driving clarity is a strategic advantage. We encourage transparency across the organization and are intentional in ensuring that everyone who needs to know, knows. Information without context causes confusion, but clear is kind, and that’s our aim. When we’re all aligned and empowered, we win!

Employee Resource Groups
Diversity drives innovation, enables better decisions to support our customers, and inspires change for the better. We’re committed to an intentional work environment where everyone’s contributions are valued. Central to our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, our Employee Resource Groups are dedicated spaces for employees of all backgrounds and identities to come together. Membership in ERGs is 100% voluntary, and over 45% of our goats engage in one or more of our 8 ERGs!

What started as an inside joke among our founders has become one of the most beloved parts of Cribl’s culture—our mascot, Ian the Goat!
At Cribl, employees are collectively referred to as goats. (You’ll find plenty of G.O.A.T.s here, too.) But goats are more than just mascots to us: they symbolize our commitment to diversity, agility, and social responsibility.
Our suite of products, much like a herd of goats, finds its strength in unity. This innovative, collaborative power enables teams to break down silos, fostering seamless data integration between IT and Security professionals.
And the goats don’t stop there: Embodying the belief that the digital world is intertwined with our responsibility to support global communities, we have developed initiatives to extend our love of goats to create real-world impact. Since 2020, we've partnered with World Vision to donate a new goat to a family in need for every new Cribl customer.
So, the next time you encounter a goat, remember it's not just an animal—It's a testament to the adaptability, vision, and community that drives us. Cribl isn't just software. It's a herd. It's a movement. It's a community.

Goats Give Back is our company-wide program encouraging all Criblianians to participate in community service initiatives and events in their local communities during the month of October. As an expansion of our Excel Together and Insatiably Curious values, Goats Give Back encourages us to make a positive impact on our communities, as individuals and as a company.
